Shared Gmail Inbox - How To Auto Set Email To Unread After Reading It On Phone

I am sharing gmail inbox with 2 people. Whenever I open and read email either on the phone or outlook it is set to read on the server. Therefore, the other 2 people see it as read and they miss it very often. Is there any way to stop it, so that whenever I open and read it, it would not update as read on server and furthermore on their devices/outlooks.

I did set in accounts and import: leave conversation unread when opened by others and there is IMAP enabled.
