    Hello:

This is a work question that I hope I can get insight into.

We are a small network of 5 people on Dell systems, specs: Win XP Pro, Version 2002, SP 2, Dell Intel, P-4CPU, 3.06 GHZ. The computers are a year old and are running fine. We have Panda AntiVirus set up by a computer technician and run a server off one of the larger systems for now.

The big question for many years is that employees would like to share their outlook calendars. At the moment, they print off Microsoft Word calendars and type the information for the year into the calendars and then print out and hand to each other. Each department then knows what is happening in each others area, but not using the outlook at all.

I have taken a look at a few other postings but was unsure of the .pst transfers and if this would solve our problem.

Most people in the office are not tech savy so I am trying to find the simplest approach so they could access each other's calendar for 2008. And their is information that is repeated each year, like accounting items, etc.

Any direction would be appreciated. I do know that it can be set up through an exchange server, but the company is striving to reduce costs at the moment.

    Geeks rule!!:cool
