   I am having trouble with installing the Sharp GSM GPRS USB Ver1.0 software. The Phone shows on the screen a connection , but the software installation stops at the point when it should detect the phone conncted. The cable works, because it worked on another pc, I tried several pc's, only 1 worked.
   Do I need new drivers?
