Anybody wanna take up the project again? It was written in Delphi, some info at sourceforge

    Sharpe is an abandoned project, a really nifty shell replacement for windows up thru Windows 7. You can integrate your icons into your background, and make them so they DON'T MOVE. You can make them the size of the period at the end of this sentence, or large enough to take ten percent of the screen space. YOU CAN EVEN MAKE THEM INVISIBLE.

    The version you have on MajorGeeks is a beta version, the last three versions were RC1 (Release Candidate 1), RC2, and RC3. RC3 works very well on my Windows 7 machine SharpeRC3.jpg
