shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg error when printing

I have windows 98SE and IE 6.0 installed with 512MB RAM. When printing anything(not only from internet) an invalid argument appears on line 639 char 1. I have Zonealarm installed, however recently I have been unable to set the "internet access column" to "allow" and cannot pull up the web without setting the program control to "off". I have already extracted iepeers.dll and reregistered it as instructed on the microsoft site with no success. I have also run numerous virus checks,adware, spyware programs and uninstalled/re-installed the printer software without any success. I can also run and send a hijackthis file if neccesary. Any help would be appreciated.
