She had internet yesterday..........

I can't figure it out. My little one had the internet yesterday on her new laptop. Now there is nothing. Here is a pic, I can't figure out what she did.

 

it was probably picking up someone elses wireless router that lives near you.
I have had that happen before.

 

See where it says diagnose, have you tried to ?
Also open Command prompt and type in ipconfig then hit enter and tell us what it says !
It should show you your ip address but if it says something like media disconnected then try this :

For the Internet connectivity issue, please go to a
command prompt and type:
netsh winsock reset
and hit enter.
