Sheet Music - PDF - Reader Windows 8

I was wondering if anyone could help me determine whether or not there exists a PDF Reader that works with Windows 8 ... and most importantly ... will justify the document to fit the full screen whether in horizontal or vertical view.

I have the Samsung Slate XT 500 T1C-A04 US. (It is an 11.6 inch screen and the size makes it perfect for me to use for downloading and reading music in my band ... if I could get the documents to be viewed in the typical page view - vertical.) I think the various iPad tablets will justify a document to fill the entire screen when the tablet is turned to the vertical position, but I've not been able to find anything that will work with a PC tablet and will force a PDF document to fill the entire screen automatically.

Has anyone heard of such an application?
