Shell32.dll error in Windows ME

    Hope you guys can guide me.

    When I turn on the pc - before the desktop icon loads the following error pops up.
    (( Explorer has caused an error in Shell32.DLL))

    Then I get the blue screen.. I have tried to run the PC in Safe mode and the same thing occurs.

    I am using Windows ME
