Short-cut To Console Tool In Sendto Menu Doesn't Work

Hi! I have a tool called VBINDIFF. It is a command-line utility that displays the contents of a file or compares two files in hex format. I just decided that, to save from opening cmd and typing the command every time I need it, I can just use SendToToys to add a short-cut to it in the SendTo folder. It doesn't work. When I send a file to the short-cut, I get nothing. It would do that if an error occurred, as it would exit immediately after displaying the error message. Let me try adding a batch file to the menu to do the job.

 

It worked, but I'm wondering why the short-cut version didn't work.
