Shortcuts Pwhen Not Clicked Directly??

HI,
I'm running Windows 10..
Recently when I close a program or browser window using the 'X' close button in the top right corner of the window, Another program opens if its icon is under and behind the close 'X' button yet I only click close once..
Why is this happening??

Hi

I have really no answer for this issue as not coming across it myself so far, the only thing I can think of is check the click rate speed of the mouse left button in Control Panel > Mouse > Buttons > Double click speed and whats it set too?

What mouse make and model do you have and does it have its own specific setup software?

HI,
Thia has only started happening recently an I have never had trouble before with my Logitech rollerball M570 mouse on any other operating system.
I haven't installed any software except windows updates ..
