Should Everything Detect All My Files?

Everything is telling me I have 285,220 "objects" but that keeps changing. 285,220 then 285,221 then 285,220 then 285,219 then 285,220. But I'm running a virus scan at the moment with the Microsoft Safety Scanner and it says it's scanned over 330,000 files. So why does the number of "objects" I have keep changing according to Everything, and why is it around 50,000 less than the number of files the Microsoft Safety Scanner has detected so far? And the Scanner isn't even a tenth of the way through yet. Hard Disk Sentinel says my hard drive's health is 100%.

You can run several different scanners (eg 3-4 different malware scanners) and they will all end the scan with an 'objects scanned' number that will be different for each scanner.
Unless you are having an actual problem on your system, then forget it.
