....about what? Can you be more specific? From what I see Dr Moriarty is currently reviewing your logs and will get back to you as soon as he possibly can. What are you worried about?

You should only be concerned about bumping your thread. Wait for his fix, otherwise any reply unasked for puts you back at the end of his queue.

 

You are in his queue as TimW pointed out.... we all take on several threads, not just one or two, so there is a whole bunch to go thru, but rest assured... you're being helped and he most certainly hasn't forgotton you

Just to add to whats already been said, dont take the comments personally as they are not ment to be an attack on you, its just that malware removal is at times a long process as most malware has random names and locations its installed in, so will take a while to find and then type up a set of instructions for you to follow, hence the 48hr turnaround once your thread has been picked up.

Everyone here devotes their spare freetime to help others and do not get paid, so while we all know how much a pain in the butt malware or computer issues are, please just go slow and give the generous folk some time to reply to you, bumping sadly moves you to the back of the work queue and even posting new threads in other areas like this pointing to your other thread is concidered a bump also.

So please dont take the comments personally, and await Dr M's list of instructions to help you fix this PC up.
