should i be worried about cpu usage?

    If you're running F@H then CPU usage will be at 100% permenantly, no matter what you're doing on the machine. This is because it saturates CPU usage by using up all idle CPU cycles. Norton will flag anything using a lot of processing power as spyware, even if its doing it for a good cause.

    However, since its overclocked (a lot) you might be worried about stability, though.

    that is a big overclock!
    i wouldnt trust Norton tho. many people i know had virusses and spyware that norton just didnt detect. but u can check all your processes (ctrl + alt + del) and see which one is sucking up all the power.

    it seems to do that even when everything is closed that meens nothing in teskbar and nothing but what is need by windows is in the processes

    This is nothing to be alarmed about, If you look at Windows Task Manager you'll notice the 'System Idle Process' is at 99%. It isn't a cause for worry, just normal.

    Of course, if I have the wrong end of the stick and this is not what you're talking about... just ignore me; i'm feeling a little thick right now. :D
