Should I get a new mobo with faster FSB?

I built my PC last year in January when the nForce4 mobos first came out and were kind of hard to find in stock. So I was stuck ordering this Gigabyte GA-K8NF-9 with the base-model NF4 chipset with only 800 MHZ FSB. Does anyone know if I would see a noticeable speed gain with a mobo that had 1000/1066 MHZ FSB? I know my Athlon 64 4000+ supports up to 1000 MHZ FSB so I hate the thought of a bottleneck on my mobo. Plus I'd like a mobo that can OC better. This mobo cant even keep me at 2.6 GHZ without my games crashing. Has anyone upgraded or seen the diff between 800 MHZ FSB and 1000 MHZ FSB?

Also, does anyone have any expirience with any ATI Crossfire compatible mobos? Since I just upgraded to a X1900 XTX, I'd like to have the option to put a second in there someday and I know that Crossfire doesn't work on NF4 SLI mobos.

I wouldn't expect you to see any differences, you might notice a few on benchmarks but in actual use I doubt you would notice any difference upgrading.

I'd hang around a bit and buy a new Mobo when you want to go Crossfire, make the most of the technology available then.

    Thanks Orbital.

    Anyone else?
