should i keep my P4S8X-X mother board in my pc?

i just got 2 more p4 boards and was wondering if i should change mine out?
and i might sell the spear if someone wants it

1 AGP, 6 PCI, 1 CNR (BTW whats a CNR?????) 3 memory slots, 2 ide, 1 floppy
Its not and good as my asus but it matchs my black and sliver case and has about the same things as my ASUS

#2. unknowen make and model but it does support dual channle up to 4 sticks mini atx 1 AGP, 3pci , 1 CNR, 2 ide, 1 floppy 20pin power maybe someone can help me find info on it i beleave the model is V8668 V1.1

 

If I were you i would stay with th ASUS board, they have always been reliable for me.
