Should I run System Restore?

I just ran Spybot like someone on here suggested, and I can't type anything directly into a window on the Net any more; I have to go into a WP program and write it there, then post. I know it isn't a big problem but how do I get it back? I want to be able to type right in the net...

Oh, sorry! I'm so stupid! The window had frozen. I'm really, honestly, truly sorry.

But it is OK to remove anything Spybot turns up in red, right? Everything it turned up was in red text, so I deleted it all; I looked at everything and it was like 'Free Adult Sites' and 'Buy a Free Coffee Maker' and that sort of stuff.

Besides, I just opened up a bunch of new IE windows and they are working fine. That is a good sign, no?

I could type things in the address bar; it was just text boxes on screen. That sort of thing.
