Should I ....

start a new thread each day about the good stuff I list from www.majorgeeks.com front page?

Or should I just build, and continue, on one thread, so it builds up on the interesting stuff people may have missed?

Your opinions are requested, so I know which way to go. Bazza

 

My eye glaze over when I see a long thread but then that's just me.

 

I think the building on a thread would be better Some people aren't here every day (shame on them):foolishand we all could look back because you may not want something today but you might tomorrow. Sometimes, I don't know where to find a certain program that I've seen (is it in graphics, multimedia, or toys?) Sometimes a program fits into more than one catagory and this way we just search your thread instead of different locations....Whew too much coffee

 

Agreed musknipe in that not everyone's here daily like us but I also think if someone does a search, they'll find the info anyways, be it in one thread or many, of course if it's made into a sticky it may get more attention. How many people do a search anyways? Just my $0.02

 

If ye could edit your original post, with updates by the date it would be nice. Otherwise, new threads, would be helpful, for those who do not visit the homepage.

Even though lately, I haven't regularly visited the forums, I still go to the mainpage of MG, daily. It is the sopranos (almost done, watching the last season (part I)), that have kept me from being here.

As you are aware, I only list a few daily but try and point people to checking out www.mahjorgeeks.com front page regularly, and ask them to check out the "Must Have Free downloads" link.

That way I hope we get a few new MG members and not so many lurkers. Bazza
