Shut down computer during update now getting errors

    i shut down the computer while it was updating and now i get like 10 popups with errors when windows loads, what can i do about this? i tried installing all available updates again but didn't help...

    i'm running windows vista

    Hi

    What are the error messages if you have time to read them?


    Can you actually get into Windows ok once all the errors have passed? if so try System Restore and going to a point before the failed update.

    yes once i click ok on the errors they go away. how do you do system restore?

    Boot into safe mode [tap F8 as your booting up] and it will ask you if you want to do a sysytem restore or boot into safe mode.
