Shut down problem in XP

    Hey all. Well i am having a problem shutting down win XP. after it tells me that it has saved settings on the shutdown screen, it will say shutting down, and it will talke FOREVER!!!!!!! Like 2-4 minutes!!!! I am running a petium 3 600 with 320 ram and a ATI radon 9100 128meg, a 6 gig HD and 40 gig HD. I have Win XP Professinal. Any help on making it shut down a LITTLE faster??? lol lol Thanks.
