   dmd31842 Corporal

   My computer freezes when I try and turn it off. I have Windows XP Home. This just started to happen a week ago. The only program I downloaded was Media Player version 11. I rolled that back to the porevios version and also did a system restore to a day before that download in safe mode but that does not help. Does anyone have a possible solution? Thanks, David
