0x00000000 What does it mean and how do I cure it

A quick question for you first. Have you installed any new programs recently ie changed virus checkers or something like that?

Google link (in French unfortunately) seems to point at Sygate version 5.5.
Do you have Sygate installed. Maybe uninstall and re-install if you have.
Look at the second link. I couldn't make head-nor-tail out of the first link.
