Shutdown without asking??

i got this problem. After i reinstalled windows i got this problem and it sais that it has to shut down because something on internet.
While i am surfing the internet its no problem, but when i try to put on the dmz on it goes like this screen i just uploaded.
Is it maby a hacker that makes this command or is it a bug in my pc??, This never happend before, this is the first time after a reinstall of the pc, i even deleted and resetted the hard drive, but that didnt help also so i now ask for help, i hope you can help me.
