    Hello All,

I am trying to defrag a friend's old laptop running Windows 95. Defrag is constantly restarting, which is usually fixed by shutting down programs in msconfig. However, I cannot find msconfig on this machine. Is there another way to close running programs, or do I need to look elsewhere for msconfig?

    Thanks in advance,

    Al
