    Hi Everyone,
I am wondering how to get rid of sidebar ads. They are in a small box on the right side of my screen in my web browser. I look at on a shopping site such as zappos or amazon and the next moment I see it in my face. It isn't affecting me the way a redirect virus would, but I prefer not to have them at all.

I use Firefox and read about an add on called adblock but I am reluctant to download anything these days, what with tag alongs such as toolbars that seem to get installed.

Does anyone know about the adblock add on for Firefox? Or have any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Sue
