OK I just bought the components to a new computer and assembeled it the other day. I have a Nvidia nForce 3 250 Chipset made by Chaintech and a Redeon 9600XT Goldedition 256MB Video Card. I went to the Nvidia site and got the latest drivers including the GART Driver but still every time i try to install the Radeon Drivers it gives me 2 Display Adapters, the radeon one and one exacally like it that says secondary so the it loads up and after booting windows the monitor says "Signal Out of Range". The only i can then do to fix it is to got safe mode and remove the drivers. Any sugestions on how to fix this and have the Radeon Drivers Working.

    Thank You

boot to safe mode and disable the secondary display in the device manager. Then try it.

signal out of range typically means that your refresh rate is too high for the resolution. Try lowering your resolution to 640x480 in safe mode then rebooting normally.

also make sure the onboard video is disabled in the BIOS. Just my 2 cents
