   Am getting "the signature is corrupt" message when downloading some programs, went into advanced internet explorer, clicked to allow signatures, rebooted, Win. 8.1, still getting the message? Any help appreciated

   What programs are you downloading and where are you downloading them from? That could be at the heart of the problem.
   
   I've never seen the message "the signature is corrupt".
