Silly Word97 Question

How do I print the same address on multiple envelopes? There is no "number of copies" selection in the options window. I like to print my mortgage envelopes for the year in one swoop but I can't see how to do it. Thanks.

in most printers, envelopes have to be hand fed through a slot in order to be printed on. does yours allow you to put multiple envelopes in a feeder of some sort?

usually I just feed the envelope and print one at a time... sorry if I cant be more of a help

It might be easier to get a sheet of labels and print up self adhesive labels. My printer will printer will print as many copies of whatever I want printed but since the feed gets messed up on non-standard paper sizes I too would have to hand feed the envelopes in.

One option is to not use the envelope wizard/printer in Word for the reasons listed above unless you are running a mail merge it will only print one env at a time,

Something to try, setup a new page but set it to the size of your envelope ( File > Page Setup > Paper then choose your envelope size from the drop down menu or choose custom and enter the measurements of your envelopes ) now the Word page is the size of the envelope, just type in the address etc and when you now come to print you can enter the amount of copies.
