Sim City 4 Deluxe hangs at startup...

    Hi everyone;

    I'm currently having a problem where everytime I try and start Sim City 4 Deluxe it just sits there and hangs at the splash screen. I've checked the task manager and it says that Sim City 4 is using 100% of the CPU but it's going nowhere! :cry

    Can someone help me please? :)
