Simple Log in Problem

Hello
Im living about my friend that has internet.
Running Ethernet from his Frontier router to my belkin router and i set my router as access point.
Everything works fine. I can log into his router but can log into my belkin router
The 192.168.2.1 does take me to the router.

My question is how can i find my belkin router on our network?

He has the wireless turned off.
That"s why using Cable hookup.
When My Belkin router was in its factory state i was able to log in via the 192.168.2.1 but after setting the router to access point im no longer able to log in.

The reason why i want to do this is because im setting up some IP cameras...
and need to know how to log into to both routers to set up somethings like port forwarding and change the wep keys every now and again ect........

Iv used a network app on my ipad2 to scan the network.
Its shows every IP address but the Belkin routers

Yes the frontier is the internet router.
Im using a Ethernet cable from his to mine. I just wanna know why I cant log into my router after setting it as access point.
