Simple Prob ... unwanted box pops up

    My wife has done something to her laptop that causes the following:

    When she brings up her startup page (MSN.com), a box appears, superimposing it, which says "Select skin file." This began when she downloaded a new screensaver a week ago. I don't know how to get rid of the box for her.

    Suggestions? Thanks!
