Simple question

This shouldn't take long to answer by someone who knows about this kind of thing, but I would like to know how to make an executable file from Visual Express 2008 source code please.

* I have found the file with a window-type icon in the Debug folder after I compile the code. When I click on it, I get a very brief flash of the program and then it disappears a microsecond later. How can I get this to remain open?

 

I know nothing about Visual Studio Express, but I found this:

Thanks! I have tried to use the file I found in the debug folder and that works ok for my own PC... having problems with my friends using it though. Will post a new thread for that!
