Sims 2 University .cue wont open?

    Hey all i have a .cue file that when opend says "unable to mount Image Cue sheet: line 1 - File not accesable" so when ive checked around and ive read that you have to open the .cue in notepad and change the something in it to the same name as the .bin i am trying to open but so far ive followed all those steps to perfection and it STILL wont work so if anyone can think of something that will help id love it thanks ppl!!!
