a minor problem of installing win service pack 2 has become a major problem. First I lost random disk space, then virtual memory became low, then I got spyware and browser hijacks, now windows EXPLORE has shut down. Would someone care to explain why my computer seems like it is being destroyed after I installed the mighty windows service pack 2? This is the 5th time I've asked for help but everyone just pushes me aside. THanks.

Side note: When installing win serv 2, it said "cannot find shell32 in "windows system 32 folder". So I did a search found the file and dragged it into the folder, dont know if this means much but I typed it anyway.

Concidering you have multiple threads on this, some who will help you will stick to one thread so all infomation is in one place, plus you have only posted 3 threads on this issue, this one, another in hardware which as a duplicate is deleted and the main one in Software forum in which you are being answered below, so please stick to that thread, duplicate threads will be deleted.
