    Going to sundry web sites.'
Black screen often comes up, get "dog chasing tail" animated circle , response time to access site often several minutes, if at all. Other times no problems
Other sites get fairly good unfettered access.
Problem manifested few months back, then self corrected , now reoccouring

    Info:
    OP: Win 7
    ISP: AT&T /UVerse
    Computer: Generic

    Thanks,
    Skysarge

    Download Speed https://www.att.com/media/att/2011/global/btn/btn-help-icon.gif 23.05 Mbps (2880.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
    Upload Speed https://www.att.com/media/att/2011/global/btn/btn-help-icon.gif
    1.94 Mbps (242.1 KB/sec transfer rate)

Anyone know where I can find a translation for these, perhaps a comparison chart? Preferably without having to install some site's program

With those speeds, give me one link to a site that will not load.

Forget the comparison chart. Every ISP has speed tiers so your speed might not be the same as someone else with the same ISP.

There should be no lag on loading pages with speeds over 20Mbps.

"With those speeds, give me one link to a site that will not load."

I would prefer not to, due to the nature of the sites

Using web site tools such as VirusTotal's URL Scanner and WOT browser extension would save you some short and long-term grief.
