Skwid Audio Recorder

I am attempting to use a program named Skwid Audio Recorder. I finally figured out how to record the Internet Radio Stations but though it is advertised to play music that comes from your speakers I can't get any sound from the files when I open them in Media Player.

I've messed with it so much I'm not sure about the settings.

For "capturing" sounds I only have two options:Microphone (SoundMax Integrated-Master Volume and Line In ( Sound Max Integrated Di-Master Volume.

Is anyone familiar with this program and if not, which Capture option should I be using?
