Skype: Computer to Mobile.

    So, at this very moment, I'm skyping with a friend. On my side of the spectrum, on my computer, my HP G62 Notebook, my camera is on, I can see myself entirely and I can see her. However on her iPod Touch 4, it says that I'm initiating my video. The entire time. What do I do to get my video working on her side?
