    HI I have an HH201 USB port hub.
    It is supposed to be plug and play.
    I have tried it in 3 different computers and the same thing happens, it is not recognized and when you click on the repair it takes you to microsoft home page. Help -

    You didn't tell us what version of Windows you're using, or if the hub is new, or if it was working and then quit... in other words, we need more info....

    That hub is supported from 98se onwards and if you have tried it in 3 different machines it's possible that your hub is faulty but as dlb says we need more info

    Hi my desk top computer will not post past the monitor description screen.
    I have downloaded a reboot cd from Spotmau but I can't get it to work.
    Do I have to unplug all my printers and USB cords etc?
    I can't get anywhere to assign a drive as the first place to boot from.
    Help - of course my hubby desperately needs the desk top tomorrow.

    You did not answer the questions asked:
    1. what version of windows?
    2. what do you mean by repair the hub? or are you trying to repair windows and what is the relationship between the hub and repairing windows?
    3. make and model of computers?
    and the description on the screen says what?
    You do not specify if these printers and USB cords are plugged into computers or the USB hub.
    If the computer doesn't support booting from a USB device in the BIOS, you are not going to get this to work.

    You really have left us in the dark as far as trying to help you because you aren't giving us details.
