Did it used to boot more quickly?
How much free disk space do you have on your boot drive?

You did not state the specs on your boot drive. 1 min 40 seconds for a hard drive is not slow. If a SSD, that is a long time - though depending on what you have loading with Windows may not be unexpected.

How does the computer run once it has fully booted?

When it was initially rebuilt; it would boot fast. Shortly afterward, it started booting slow. I reinstalled windows again and it was fine for some time and then started to boot slowly again. Once booted, it works fine.
    My bad...attached are the specs.

    Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB

Since it works fine once finally booted, that suggests a driver issue, or a problem with some software trying to load with Windows. You might check Device Manager for any errors and in Task Manager, check the Startup tab to see what is loading with Windows.

For a reasonable Windows start/uptime assessment, open Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Esc) as soon as the Windows Desktop shows up and quickly switch to the CPU tab, Uptime is at the foot.

For the Bios boot time, switch to the Startup tab, Last BIOS time is at the top. Away from BIOS/UEFI updates, this time should theoretically show little variation (I haven't checked it rigorously or even regularly).

Once you get into reboot/Startup timing routines, viewing a good estimate of Uptime/Windows boot time might be within the accuracy level of around 1-3 seconds.

Totally forgot about checking the Last BIOS times. Thanks for that.

I will add, however, I have found it best to reboot twice and check that value on the 2nd time. The reason being, if it has been awhile since the last reboot, there could easily be OS, security, or other updates waiting to be installed upon the next reboot. Those surely would slow the boot process down and skew the results.

The first boot should clear those out and allow the second to more accurately reflect your computers current "normal" times.

Yes, another good point there, and I'll do that here now to get a better handle on how 'quick' this machine is to fire up.

Do I go into the bios to look at the boot times? I check device manager and see no errors. I'll check the task manager now and get back.

01:39 Uptime seems s-l-o-w, Bios is on a par with my own so that's bearable ;)

Can you (manually?) measure the complete time to Desktop by temporarily allowing automatic logon?

My timings for comparison (not a competition, all personal computers are different in some way) ~13:5 sec Bios, ~12:5 sec Uptime (no Login screen which might add ~5 sec?).

Windows can suffer big delays from an accumulation of auto-start 3rd party software, can you post a screenshot of the Task Manager > Startup screen to show the impact of your software?

If you download Microsoft PC Manager, it has a detailed Start Up tab. On the start screen bottom right, Startup, it shows time for specific apps.

Do I need to turn on auto logon if I didn’t set up a password to log into my desktop?

You have a lot of things in startup, you can thin that out - download autoruns to see where they launch from and stop them. I'm not sure what you're thinking, that autologon will speewd up boot up?
Some programs start with Windows, some start when you log in, that will not really change the time it takes* ( well maybe by a few micro seconds - because of the time from the log in screen, to you actually logging in may allow some of the initial processes to finish)

I am looking at the pic you uploaded. Drive 0 shows to be a hard drive. That is typically the port you use for booting from. It seems you have 3 physical drives for storage. But they are broken down into 5 different partitions. Is it possible you have the OS installed in the Hard drive, and not the SSD?

In bios, it says the boot drive is the SSD. Is there another way to check?

I dl'd autoruns, however I am unsure what I am supposed to stop. Please advise.

Quite possibly the problem is that the image is too small to be readable unless someone has a huge monitor. Unfortunately, I am not one of those people.

Basically you can stop anything that is not MS, but you can include MS stuff like One Drive, Edge or Teams if you don't use them. These can still be ran as needed or after you boot.
Look at the PC tool you ran - Google, Teams, Garmin were all suggested to be turned off...
You're only at the logon tab, but the services tab also has items that may need looking into.

Good to know. Thx. I'll try unchecking those and see. I have attached the services usage below.

Nothing changed in regard to the boot time.

What about in the BIOS? Is it up to date? Drivers up to date? Guessing you are boot to an SSD?
"prioritize your SSD in the boot order, and disable unused hardware or boot devices like network/floppy drives; for overall system speed, also use an SSD and manage startup apps in Windows. Key BIOS tweaks include enabling Memory Context Restore (MCR) for faster DDR5 RAM training and ensuring your boot device is first."
