Slow computer, PF usage and virtual memory problems

Hi, i've recently been getting alot of slowness on my computer lately. I am running on Windows XP, and the PF Usage is usally 100-120. Its recently been around 160-180. I've ran Spybot, Ad-Aware, and Microsoft Anti-Spyware it found some stuff but dident do much to the slowness. I sometimes get random popups when im not even on the internet. I have: 128mb RAM, 866MHz, and a pentium III.

Please help, its so slowwww...
