slow computer problem

i dont know for sure whats wrong my computers realy slow it takes minetes
to do anything on the net and its cpu usage seems fealy sensitive couse any thing i do jumps it up to100%. when i watch movies or listion to music it
gets so slow it skips. i have a 2 year old laptop xp and i keep my memory above 50% so i got alot of memory i had it scaned by anti spyware and adware plus i scanned it with norten 2008 and avast but theres nothing i brought it in to somone to fix it but they say theres nothing wrong what do i do?

 

Do you know what exactly is using up all of your cpu time? And you shouldn't really be having two antivirus programs at a time as they mess up your system.

 

i didnt have the anti viruses on my system at the same time and no not realy what ever is on takes the cpu if im on the net the net takes it up if im playing music that is or movies every thing is taking it up not at the same time but when i use ie like now my computer is slow couse im on the net.
any ideas?

 

So it actually says in task manager that it's taking up all of the cpu time?

that is internet explorer is hogging it all?

 

most of the time it says 100% cpu but its not just the net i could be disconnected i like watching moves on veoh and it didnt give me any problem but now i can only watch 30 min of it before it gets slow the sound works but the movie its self slows so it skips and with music it plays find but if i do any thing at all it skips and gets slow it never did this before and i say if it breaks it can be fixed i just need to know how to do that
