Slow Computer

My computer has been acting slow.

Things like when I scroll It lags...I can't play Final Fantasy XI or Neverwinter Nights on it because the pictures are fuzzy...don't load and the characters move choppy to were it effects the game.

Also the program Itunes runs wierd. When I do to a different window then back to itunes the words are scribbled...and it says its playing like 2 tracks behind the actual one I'm listening too.

I had cleaned 8 infected files from my computer...I scaned with Ad-Aware and come up with nothing.

My hard drive is about 60gb/80gb full.

The only thing I can think of it that my windows update wont install this nvidia driver.

It comes up and asks me everytime but It fails to install everytime.

Go to the Nvidia website and download your driver, better to do that anyway.
