Your hijack this logfile is clean, your startup items are minimal, so we are probably looking at a hardware problem. Obvious assumption is a failing hard drive. Right click on your C: drive and "check for errors".

Try it from safe mode. If it continues, your hard disk may be failing. Downloading tools from your manufacturer would help as well. If a drive is bad, you can often diagnose and request a replacement using your hard drive manufacturers tools.
