Slow internet through SBS Server

    Howdy everyone ...Happy new year.

    I have just setup a new server (SBS 2003 Premium, Exchange, SQL no ISA) at work and everything works pretty good. My only problem is that although all connected computers can talk to each other and receive the internet, internet download speeds are very slow like 5-8 kbs.

    I am just looking for some advice on where to start trouble shooting this problem. If anyone has some advice or knows a good website for reference it would be very much appriciated.
