Slow Internet

Hey

I have dsl connection and it seems to be very slow. I did a test at www.toast.net and it came out as 350 kbs but it really should be somewhere around 1 mb. Does anyone know how i can increase the speed of my connection.

I have tried a program called "Modem Speed Booster" it kind of helped. If you know any that work please tell me.

Have you checked your computer for spyware, etc? That will really slow down your internet

 

do this tweak test to see if you need to adjust your settings

(dslreports.com also has accurate speed test to-look at the main page)
if all your settings are right you will have to call your ISP.
