Slow Laptop Youtube And Graphics

    I have a laptop. Lenovo ThinkPad L440 intel i5, Win 10, with all the latest updates. Use Opera as browser.
    Lately I have noticed that it seems slow. Especially YouTube videos are slow to load and seem to stop and reload more than they used to. also, everything just seems to be a bit slower. I ran CHKDSK and there were no problems. I examined Task Manager and did not see anything unusual.

    Checked for malware and Tim told me post here, (no malware).
