Slow Microsoft Server 2003 FTP

    Have a couple of MS 2K3 Server systems talking to one another over a WAN link with a high delay/bandwidth product. FTP between these systems is very slow. Replace one of them with a UNIX box and the speed goes up to what one would consider normal. Anyone seen this type of behavior and know what the solution might be?:(
