Slow pc

    I have included a belarc file of my pc. When the desktop first settles dowm (no more hour glass) it takes about 3 min to launch IE. Subsiquint launches are ok, but the pc seems to run slow in general. When I first installed the additional 256 woth of memory the pc ran faster. A week later it is running as slow as ever.

    What do I do to run better without spending any money?
