slow ram

Is there any way to get the ram to operate faster or do i need to get new ram sticks.
I am running Vista Ultimate with 4 gb Ram but the performance indicates that ram speed is holding below peak.

 

Nononono Bill, you're perfectly fine man! Now if you were at a rating of 0.50 for your RAM, then I'd worry. You have a well balanced and excellent system there. Throwing faster RAM in there might look nicer on the report but it won't give you anything more that you'd ever notice unless you benchmarked, which with your rig is quite pointless IMO. Save your money and send me some real smoked gouda instead.:drool:-D

I have 4gb Ram although i can only use 3.25 but i was curios as to why it was lowering the score.
