slow

    I have windows 2000, with dial up, now my pc is running slow, and so is the internet explorer, i have put on mcafee spyware removel and put in a good fire wall, but it is still running slow, even after i took off some of my programs, but i really didnt have alot on, it was running great two weeks ago so can someone tell me what it is or could be. :)
