Alright, Here it is. My computer when I start it up it goes onto the log in screen. It takes like 30 seconds for my computer's loading Icon to go away (Never used to take that long). THen I log on and it takes like 2 and a half minutes to load up. Then I go to internet explorer and my computer just sits there loading, doesnt say finding site, doesnt say opening page. Just sits there. And when I go to browse my files and folders it takes like double as long to load as it used to. I already run my PC-cillin Internet Security 2006 program. I have no spyware or adware on my computer. I also have Windows ME.

    Questions:
How do I get my computer to stop not responding?
How do I speed up my computer to normal speed?
How do I get rid of the log in screen?
    What does overclocking mean?

First question, when was the last time you defragged your hard drive?

How much HD space do you have? Is it running full? If so run a disk cleanup first. Check your fragmentation levels, if its badly fragged, that can be a cause for the slowdown, the lags etc. If ur paging file and MFT is also fragmented, get a third party tool and defrag it. Be regular with this.
Check whats loading at boot. Disable unwanted items from startup.
How much RAM u got? Adding more might speed up things.
    regdg overclocking, read this

I defragged my hard drive like a week ago but It didn't finish. It took like 4 hours and I only have like 12 gigabytes out of 40. Can't I just use the built in disk defragger? And why does my computer stop responding? Also my Computer sometimes starts up goes to the login screen then restarts automatically and keeps this in a loop and I cant start up my computer!

Did you run a scandisk before you defragmented? You need minimum 15% free space for the defragger to do a good job.Try running a Disk cleanup first and did you defrag in Safe Mode? If something writes to disk while the defrgger is running, it could get interrupted.
Also if there are chances that the system may still be infected, get your HJT log checked.

AHHHHHHHHHH, When I was defragging I was in normal mode not safe mode and it kept saying contents changed. And i have more than 50% memory not used.

My computer starts up twice as fast now. But when I check my wireless network settings. It says I dont get an internet signal. It used to though. Like a week ago. Now when I open internet explorer it goes to the bluescreen and says error. Then internet explorer freezes.

I guess you need to run some anti-spyware and malware softwares like spybot and ad-aware. Do you use wireless router for internet ?
Try Mozilla firefox instead of MS Internet Explorer, thats much better.
